Join CWMA

To join CWMA:

1. Calculate your membership fees.

2. Complete and submit the on-line CWMA Membership Application or print out the CWMA Membership Application and mail it to to the CWMA office.

The contact person listed on your form will become the registered voter (voting membership only) for the organization. If requested, new members will receive a copy of the Association's constitution and bylaws.

CWMA will invoice your organization upon receipt of your application.
